He is not a phantom or a thief, despite others 'disbelief.
But merely a guardian of time, and never did he commit a crime.
(Well, sometimes.)
Every second, every minute he owns; any secret, any story, he knows.
Till the clock chimes, he guards the time.
If you 're lucky, you might spot him on the rooftops,
Bouncing and gliding up high, swiftly he soars up to the night sky.
Watch out!
He may take away your 'time.'
For he is a Timekeeper, the Timekeeper Teatime.
